New Zealand Adventure Tours – New Zealand Bike Tours – Hiking New Zealand Vacations
I would say it was a once in a lifetime trip,
but it was so good a person should not only experience it once. How to Book
Whenever you’re ready, it’s easy to book over the phone or online1. Check trip availability first: the fastest way to check availability is to call Jodi or Matthew. Alternatively, you can fill out our availability request form and we’ll call or email you right away.

2. Check international flights and hold seats for now. The major airlines flying in and out of New Zealand are Air New Zealand (direct flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vancouver as well as major cities in Asia), Qantas (mostly via Australia) and Emirates Air (via Australia). The earlier you can start looking into flights the better. But please run your flights past us before you book them so we can make sure your trip runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish, and that you're getting a good fare!
Keep in mind frequent flier miles can sometimes be tricky to redeem as these seats are very limited, especially at peak season (December-February) so call early and often if you’re hoping for free seats or an upgrade.
3. Whenever you’re ready, just say the word! Give us a call or email and we’ll go ahead and sign you up. For certain trips, we’ll also ask you which options you’d like (for instance, if you're looking at the Rimu trip, there's a section in the trip where you can choose between three multiday options - hiking, biking or sea kayaking).
4. We’ll send you a confirmation email. In the interest of saving a few trees, you’ll be able to do almost all your ‘paperwork’ online. This will contain a booking reference number to access your own unique booking information page with everything you’ll need before you travel.
5. We ask for a US$500 per person deposit to keep your spot and then your balance is due 60 days before travel.
